Our son has been at Lightbridge for a little over a year now. Every classroom and teacher has been awesome so far! In his newest classroom, Orange Giraffes, he absolutely LOVES his teachers! Ms Maddie, the main teacher is fantastic! She really goes above and beyond to try new things to help her students develop with speech and communication. She is so warm and welcoming with the students and parents. His other teachers in the classroom - Ms Allison, Ms Nicole, and Ms Alexa are also so friendly. The whole team genuinely cares about the students which just really puts a parent at ease. Ms Maddie is also a fabulous communicator. She sends out messages in the app to keeps parents in the know for events happening in the classroom which is great! She also gives great feedback on the students’ development and asks questions to get to know their likes/dislikes to help with their education. The rest of the staff is amazing as well! The Admin Staff - Ms Tara, Ms Manisha and Ms Sandra are always there to answer questions or address any concerns. They also hold monthly Parent’s Night Out events or in Dec a Saturday morning event where you can drop the kids off, so the parents can have a kid free morning to get things done, while the kids socialize, watch movies and eat pizza. You truly cannot ask for a better daycare for your children!

I love the structure of the toddler classrooms and the opportunity for center based play. I also appreciate how teachers allow the children to select what they play with. The teachers know my child well and are incredibly patient and loving with him. They communicate with me often and share frequent classroom updates. The school has also been great about communicating staffing changes and introducing us to new teachers and staff working with the children. My child loves going to school each day. Overall extremely happy with the school and staff!

Lightbridge has been wonderful for my daughter! She started when she was 5 months old and has loved it. The teachers are absolutely the best part - all very kind, caring, and passionate about taking care of children. It feels like we are leaving her with family!

I love how much the teachers clearly love the children. My daughter adores her pre k teachers and has made so so many friends. They do so many fun activities and arts and crafts. She truely loves going to school and while she is learning a lot, she is doing so by playing and having fun

Our son really enjoys attending Lightbridge Academy at Whippany. He’s been there almost a year and has moved from Infant B to Red Birds. He absolutely loves his teachers. He loved the team in Infant B and has transitioned nicely to Red Birds. His teachers Yvette, Juwell, and Bry are awesome! They are so caring and really want Bentley to succeed. He is particularly attached to Ms Juwell, because he was able to bond with her when he was in Infant B, during the Parents Night Out events! We also love that the school does events like Parents Night Out. It really gives us a chance to have a monthly date night, at a reasonable price, and allows the kids to mingle with different students, not just their own classroom. Overall, we’ve had great experiences at Lightbridge so far. I love that the staff is friendly and even teachers from classrooms my son hasn’t been in yet, know him. It’s just gives me an extra sense of relief knowing that everyone on staff knows the students and genuinely cares

My wife and I missread the day of our appointment. It was supposedto be on May 1st, and we thought it was this past Wednesday. Since we had taken the day off already we decided to show up. Christina was very gentle, and adapted her schedule to do the tour with us. She explained everything to us, and left knowing that the kids are safe here.

I’ve had 2 children graduate from Lightbridge Academy beyond prepared for kindergarten with a passion for learning and a predisposition for making friends, getting along with whoever they are seated with, and who truly love their teachers. I have another 2 currently there. One is in the equivalent of pre-k 3 and like his siblings before, loves school, is bummed if he has to miss, enjoys in school extras like karate and soccer, as well as the curriculum that includes yoga and piano and growing a basil plant. His teachers Mr. Francisco and Ms. Usha are very keyed into the different personalities and making learning fun. My youngest is in the infant class. I’ve had three through there (one stayed home during 2020) and they have always provided a loving home away from home for my babies. It’s been bittersweet watching how quickly my infants have grown to love their teachers and reach for them at drop off. They are very communicative and work to match your babies schedule and have been super helpful as mine had growth issues and needed close tracking at times. Ms. Angela has been there from the start and is a loving grandma to all of the kids she teaches. Ms. Nazia has had two of my babies and has always been loving and supportive of their growth in her role as lead teacher. Ms. Josette and Ms. Karen are both adored by my 10 month and very hands on playing with and cuddling with her and the other babies. Ultimately the best thing I can say is across the years and classes and teachers I have loved knowing that if I had to send my kids to daycare 8+ hours a day 5 days a week, it’s with people who love my children.

The Teacher really care for and love our children. Our children have learned a lot from Lightbridge's curriculum and through the expertise of their Teachers. The office staff is very understanding and hands on as well with all classrooms.

I really like that Lightbridge offers a well rounded curriculum. My son gets to do art, science, reading, math, and just play! They also do fun activities learning about different cultures and events, and sometimes have different foods or classroom parties to try new things. I also really love that they offer some Parents Night Out events. It’s gives my husband and I an opportunity for a child free evening and my son gets to interact with students and teachers he normally doesn’t interact with. He LOVES parents night when he gets to hang out with Ms Juwell!
