As a parent, nothing is more important than knowing your child is safe, happy, and well cared for and this school truly delivers on that peace of mind. One of the things I appreciate most is the camera access. Being able to check in during the day provides an incredible sense of comfort and transparency. It’s reassuring to see my daughter engaged, learning, and interacting with her teachers and classmates. That level of openness builds a lot of trust. Beyond safety, the environment is nurturing and supportive. The staff is attentive, caring, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. My daughter comes home excited to share what she’s learned, which speaks volumes about the positive atmosphere at the school. Knowing that she is in a secure environment where her well-being is clearly a priority allows me to focus on my day with confidence. I’m truly grateful for the communication, professionalism, and care this school provides. Highly recommend to any parent looking for both quality education and real peace of mind.

I like the communication, its very easy to use the app. I do wish for more daily/weekly pics, maybe even a group pic(for those permitted), but I do understand and appreciate that my little one is taken care of very well.

The teachers are so wonderful with my daughter! She started in November, having already been talking a lot. But now, just a few months later, she can sing multiple songs, knows how to count, and even listens better to directions.

More stable teachers are needed. A school curriculum needs to be followed so kids are learning.

Caring teachers and staff. Very welcoming. A few recommendations would be to have better and clearer communication. Have earlier communication for events to have more participation and give working families a chance to adjust work schedules. Have a school picture day so parents can have and use as gifts. When have a celebration (ie grandparents day, Mother’s Day , Father’s Day) have a sign up sheet with maybe different times to visit the kids and/or to pull the kids that have visitors to another class area so teacher does not have to entertain those with and without visitors. Send out a monthly calendar of events. Some teachers are gone for the day and when pick them up the afternoon teacher can not give updates on how the day went when asked.

Things just seem chaotic. We are patient and understanding people. We do our best to communicate with the teachers, but there is a serious lack of communication amongst staff and what appears to be an overwhelming amount of responsibility from administrators projected onto the staff. As parents we want to see our baby cared for individually and fully. That is not apparent with most of the staff we communicate with. We have gone the route of speaking to administrators and have “hopeful” conversations that are followed by empty reassurances. We are reluctant to speak up because it just causes frustration on both ends. When we consider our payment for care, it is a lot of money to be disappointed so frequently. At the end of the day our baby is happy and safe, so we cannot in good conscience give a bad review, but we are not willing to openly promote this center.

I am not disappointed. I am happy with my experience with the facility and the staff, but the staff is always leaving. Having a full, happy staff would enhance the experience for the kids and help them have more consistency with the relationships they're building with their teachers.

Lightbridge employs caring professionals who are great at their jobs. We feel safe and happy leaving our son in the very capable hands of his teacher, and we love to see the joy it brings him daily to see her, too. We are treated with respect, value the open communication policy, and feel comfortable addressing our sons needs as they change.

Lightbridge Academy has a great program for children. They do different themes each week to help them learn new things. My child is a toddler and loves when they have story time, and playing in both the multipurpose room and outside.
