Lincoln Ave Bike shop owners and staff have been very helpful in maintaining and servicing our 2 Terratrikes. They also went out of their way to provide pickup and delivery of these bikes when they needed to be serviced. We had an old recumbent exercise bike which they examined and gave excellent advice to us about what to do with it. They also helped us carry that out! I stopped in to purchase a bike lock the other day (nothing major) but when I asked the person how to set the combination he offered to show me how to set it, and even answered my questions about the best way to secure my bike when using the lock. He went above and beyond!
