I had 3 flat tires on a ride. I replaced the tube after each flat but got another flat within 5 miles. I couldn't find anything in the tire or rim causing the flats. When I got home, I took the wheel to Lincoln and they replaced the tube and protective strip around the rim while I waited. It seems to be holding air. I was expecting to have to leave the wheel and was pleasantly surprised to be able to get it fixed while I waited. Great place for cycling products and service.

I needed brake pads and had just got a flat tire. The professional who took the front wheel off to see the size of brake pad I needed, got the pads, asked if I wanted him to put the front one in and did so for me. I walked in the store as a first time buyer of a Terra Trike recumbent. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. And I enjoyed being treated like I was a long time customer, instead of a first time customer. I was given an opportunity to test drive two different trikes which I really appreciated. All of the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. They offered their professional opinions and suggestions, however, I did not feel like they tried to pressure me into making any decisions, particularly one that would benefit them more than me. Rather, they helped me arrive at a decision that I felt was best for me. I left without second guessing or having reservations about my purchase. They even offered to exchange the bike the following week for a different size if I wasn’t satisfied with one I purchased. I whole heartedly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or have a bicycle serviced to consider Lincoln Avenue Cycling.

We received immediate, friendly assistance on our visit. We were purchasing a bicycle for my 14-year-old daughter who did not really know what she wanted. Karen asked my daughter some questions on what kind of riding she liked to do, let her try out a couple bikes, and she found one she liked. Very happy with our purchase.
