The staff at the downtown YMCA in Phoenix is kind, informed and helpful. I am always able to find equipment and weights to work with and while some of it is a bit old school I think that is just fine. It works well and appears clean. Most Y members are cheerful and courteous and I also really enjoy seeing kids and their parents coming and going. There are a lot of smiles and joy here and I think the world needs more of that. Please do not use my name.
