After struggling trying to sell the property on my own, I was at my wits end. Linda came in and quickly came up with a game plan. She listened to what our needs were and kept us informed of all feedback. When we had an offer, she stayed on top of every aspect. All text and phone calls were responded quickly and all questions were answered promptly. I only wish I had found her sooner.

When making a large purchase, such as a home, you want a realtor who is knowledgeable, up to speed with the current market, has a great responsive time, keeps the clients best interest in every situation, Linda checks all of those boxes! From the start Linda and I clicked. She gave me feedback on how to improve my home prior to showing which was invaluable. I took the action and in return Linda took action. She always responded to my communication in a timely manner. Linda is professional. She is also aggressive. I mean that in a good way. She does not allow the sale of a home to be a passive endeavor. I cold called Linda because she had sold three homes in my neighborhood. That to me was better than a referral. BTW, I have used Hunt on two other occasions for a sale and a purchase and the service is always top notch. Overall, Linda Crawford is a tremendous asset to Hunt and the community at large due to her mission to get things done. If I may use the word Hustle; that is what she does. I'm very satisfied. Thanks Linda!!
