She is extremely knowledgeable in the field and has a lot of amazing connections with other agents. She’s respectful, professional, and timely. She only wants what’s best for you and your goals. It was such a privilege to have Linda by my side during both milestones!

Linda was the ideal real estate consultant and, knowledgeable and dedicated advisor for the sale of our home amidst the ever changing environment of the covid pandemic and the almost daily economic fluctuations. She went above and beyond.....visiting the property usually more than once a day....watering the garden.....and assuring the best appearance for house showings. Her knowledge of local tradesmen for needed improvements was priceless. She was very candid of alterations which would increase the value of our home, and supervised the outcomes of painting, furniture staging and repairs. Linda provided more than "real estate" support...but was present for many of the financial meetings at closings and even after the sale, lent her expertise in the design process of our new home...........Just a quick vignette....evergreen shrubs surrounded our front porch... Linda's assesssment "If you cant see it you cant sell it" .....we had the front garden redone.... Sale 2 weeks later. Little question that we would highly recommend Linda both as a salesperson and consultant for any prospective home owner.

I knew Linda from a friend's recent great experience. She used her experience to guide the sale of my house with great dexterity. She did a thorough analysis of recent local sales comparable to my house and explained all the data at a level I could understand to help me set the asking price. She personally staged the house expertly and always answered my calls and texts immediately. I had not sold a house in 20 years--she guided me through the whole process step by step. The photos/video used to open my house to the market were first class. She brought up many points during the sales process which I had never considered. She made everything flow smoothly giving me updates as soon as they occurred. She took care of updating the sales contract as needed, always perfectly. If I need to sell my new residence, I would definitely go with Linda again. She is personable and optimistic. Her methods are based on both science and experience. I have found one cannot replace experience.
