Linda is a top negotiator and knows what she is doing. She is very knowledgeable with Real Estate. Her experience is without a doubt most superior in her field and she gets things done. We would have preferred Linda to be present at the open house. We did not like the house photos taken that ended up online live without my approval. I cringed at the photos of some bad shots I did not submit and someone not knowledgeable with photography tried to fix the photos and they looked really bad with overexposure. The photos taken by myself were superior to the shots from Real Estate One and Linda quickly fixed the error with her very excellent assistant. I did not like the photo of 607 3/4 put online and it is still there. This was a exterior address plaque we made for a Harry Potter Party and it makes it look like there are 2 addresses to our house. Photos are very important to have approval from the owner in my opinion as you only get one chance for opening day on the market. I would highly recommend Linda as long as the photos get approval before going live.
