Ling was Awesome!! Selling your home can be bitter sweet and stressful but Ling made it like a walk in the park. I live in California and Ling Wen manages my property in Warren, Michigan. I am relying on her to check on my house from time to time as I am not able to be there when there is a problem. Ling Wen is responsible and dependable. Whenever there are repair and fixes needed, she always let me know with picture details of the issues and get several quotes to compare different contractors. During the work repair she will always stop by to ensure it is done completely as stated. At the end of the year, I will get a summary of the total rent and expenses for ease of filing my taxes. She also keeps a good relationship with the tenant. I feel my house is in good hands under her management.
