As the first time home seller, we received from Ling tons of professional suggestions on home value estimate, what needs to touch up, even what is the most popular color of internal house painting and more. She walked us through the process patiently and made a smooth sale in a short period of time with our expected price. What I want to mentioned most is that Ling did extra to help us after we put the house on the market and moved to North Carolina. Ling took really good care of our house before the transition - she stopped by regularly to help us water our indoors and outdoors plants, check our sump pump in the basement to make sure it was not flooded after any outages and sent us pictures and messages on the house condition which gave us a peace of mind in North Carolina. Ling is the best realtor we have ever met: professional, honest, hard-working and extremely nice. We will definitely recommend her to our family and friends!

I live in California and Ling Wen manages my property in Warren, Michigan. I am relying on her to check on my house from time to time as I am not able to be there when there is a problem. Ling Wen is responsible and dependable. Whenever there are repair and fixes needed, she always let me know with picture details of the issues and get several quotes to compare different contractors. During the work repair she will always stop by to ensure it is done completely as stated. At the end of the year, I will get a summary of the total rent and expenses for ease of filing my taxes. She also keeps a good relationship with the tenant. I feel my house is in good hands under her management.
