Lisa Nederlander was recommended to us by a friend, and after a little research at her website, and then after our first phone conversation, we knew she was the professional we wanted to represent us as our listing agent. She went above and beyond to sell our home, and we've bought and sold about twenty homes, over twenty-six years, in three different states. The advice and service contacts she gave us to prep the house before it even went on the market truly put us at ease from the very beginning. Lisa checked in every week or so while the house was on the market and answered any questions we may have had. She took the time to explain all the paperwork and details to us, and turned what could have been a harrowing ordeal into a smooth transaction. We consider her a friend and have enlisted her as our agent to find a second home. We'll never use any other agent in Michigan and will refer her to all our friends.

Lisa was involved and helpful in all components of my house sale, from suggestions on what to do with no longer needed furniture, people to use for preparing the house and yard for viewing, coordinating the stager, easing me through paper work… She walked me through the entire process, dealt with issues at the house before the sale was finalized, and sold my house for very close to the asking price.
