Lisa Stelter a real pro who knows the Ann Arbor real estate market in depth, and Kerrytown in particular. The house I was selling had a wonderful location but some issues with deferred maintenance. Lisa found the exact right approach including a realistic asking price and doing just enough work on the house to attract potential buyers. So we wound up selling the house at its asking price and all-cash at a perilous moment in the real estate market. I should add that I very much appreciate the assistance I also got from Kati Kuhns. Much of the work on the house had to be done after I had left the area, and Kati was invaluable in keeping track of the contractors and all the many details from contracts and documents to replacing a lost mailbox key. (As the great German architect Mies van der Rohe was fond of saying, "God is in the details.")
