It has all the machines I need, and I was able to go from no knowledge to a full-fledged workout plan with the help of a free personal trainer consultant. I have never had a consistent exercise program like I have now, and there are amazing scholarship programs. I have heard that the yoga class is fantastic, but I haven't been able to attend because none are currently offered after I get out of work on during the week. Maybe one might be added in the future.
