I had a near disaster the day of the move. I had a valve in the kitchen for the ice maker to give way and had a small flood... the moving team helped me manage to get things under control. Only negative is a few items were broken during the move. I am waiting for them to be repaired. I am hopeful that the work will be high quality.

Clear transparent pricing. Excellent customer service with getting a quote and modifying it as my packing process ensued.
Mover communication was professional and kind. They worked fast and well, following all my instructions and requests. Nathan, Isaac, and Robert were so polite and diligent. When placing furniture in the new location, they did so with care and safety. Very happy with the whole process.

It took them less time than expected for the move.
Cost was competitive.
I don't have a single complaint.
Overall amazing and I will 100% use them again for me next move.

i appreciated the communication multiple times leading up to my move as well as the genuine kindness of everyone i interacted with. from talking on the phone to the men who made my move happen, everyone was so kind and patient. i know moving someone up to a third floor apartment with no elevator is no one’s idea of a good time, but the crew made me feel like they were happy to do it. all around great experience. will absolutely be a returning customer whenever my next move happens. thanks so much!!

Little Guys is an excellent organization. From first call, until Ben (mover) signing off on the tablet to close the work on moving day, excellent all the way around. First of all, there are absolutely no hidden charges, fees. No screwing around with games on how they charge things. No escalation calls to management. If you prep a decent inventory of the big items you will absolutely nail the charges. Second, Ben and Garret, my movers were absolutely excellent. Smart. I think they must have engineering backgrounds. They pack in the right order, pad everything, lock it all down. Not one item had a scratch or dent.
This was not an easy move. They had to pull steel/leather couches out of our house and then move it up 3 flights of stairs, along with a bed, boxes etc. In Texas August. Not one complaint. they will have me as a customer forever.
