The crew was on time - at the early end of the window promised. Nice guys, good conversation, provided information about the move.. They were very careful with the move, even though some items were quite heavy. A good experience all around.

You keep the customer informed leading up to the actual move. The "mover guys" are courteous and very professional. And honest.....they pointed out that they weren't sure how it happened, but they put a dent in a wall in the basement. Fact is they didn't do it; the grandkids had done it at Christmas time:)

Easy to schedule a walk-through and get the delivery date on the calendar. All staff members from the management to the movers were courteous, careful with my items and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time as planned. Our movers were professional, very positive, sought my input and wanted to confirm my satisfaction with their job. I was sure we had appropriately moved all items into the truck when they suggested we do a walk-through to double check. Our recent move involved removing select pieces of furniture from one location, rather than moving the entire contents of the house. Sure enough we found another small piece of furniture that we had messed! Further, they were persistent in finding a solution when one piece of furniture would not reassemble very easily.
