As a parent (from KY) of a grad student who had a medical emergency it warms my heart that this company provided such wonderful service and helped close out my son's storage locker and be so kind as to deliver all of his belongings where he needed; with kindness. i received phone calls and emails and was very impressed with their professionalism and accommodational attitude in the planning and on the day of the move.

Mathew and Bryce on your team are both exemplary staff and work together seamlessly. I was very impressed at their dedication. Especially since the several sets of stairs at my complex are WRETCHED awful. Neither of them ever complained, kept great attitudes throughout the job. I will be working with Little Guy Movers in the future and specifically requesting Mathew and Bryce if they are still with the company.

Great moving team and back office support. Very reasonably priced and responsive to questions ahead of time. Was flexible on moving day due to my not having counted everything quite right, but no issues at all and they brought extra guys/truck out as needed. Honestly can't say enough great things about this experience and the expert term leadership by Douglas.

Your staff were easy to work with, pleasant and professional. During the planning and scheduling, you stayed in touch as needed, so I was confident our appointment wasn’t forgotten. During the actual move, the four staff were easy to work with, very hard working and professional and also had good communication. They were thoughtful about what we wanted, and asked lots of questions about my preferences. All of this made my challenging situation a little easier (my husband recently passed away after a short illness, and he had a lot of things), and I wanted to move to be closer to family and friends. Thank you for helping me during this stressful time.
