Moving interview was very thorough. Called 3 days prior to move to verify date and time. Communication was very good, and both office staff and movers were smart, polite, efficient, and knew their jobs well.
This is opposite of the experience I recently had with their competitor, Two Men and a Truck, who I will never use again.
The price of my move was much less than the estimate because my in-laws packed up almost everything prior to the move date,
Management was quick to recalculate my bill to my satisfaction, in spite of a computer glitch which required a manual change . Common sense prevailed!! That's rare these days.
I highly recommend Little Guys.

We had movers cancel on us less than 24 hours before our move and caused us to scramble to find new movers a day before we HAD to be out of our old house. Called Little Guy Movers and got ahold of Desmond Johnson. Desmond was able to secure a truck and 4 guys (including himself) to ensure we were taken care of one such a short notice. Movers arrived at 1:00PM and were done by 4:30PM. 3.5 hours to load and unload. Professional dudes and efficient. I cannot thank Desmond and his crew enough for pulling through for us considering our circumstances. IF anyone needs movers, call these guys. Thank you again for your services.

We were very happy with Little Guys Movers for our local move.
From the start, Keenan was great about explaining their "binding and guaranteed" approach and maked sure we had an accurate list of items being moved. They called 7, 3, and 1 day(s) before the schedule moved to make sure we didn't have any questions and to update our quote/contract.
Perks that made this service a win for us: leaving clothes and linens in dressers, crew would disassemble and reassemble furniture, cash price that included a discount since there weren't any service fees
As far as move day itself was concenred, all three employes — Brandon, Deonte, and Frances — were excellent. They all took the time to introduce themselves to us. Before loading up the truck, we did a walk through of the space to make sure all items were accounted for and made any necessary edits to the list/contract. They confirmed the total/fee and we signed all pre-move paperwork.
All three gentlemen handled our furniture and boxes with care, making sure everything was secured on the truck. They has plenty of blankets and straps to make sure everything was protected. When arriving at the new destination, they made sure all items ended up in the correct rooms/locations. Before paying, we walked the truck to make sure all our items were off and that all furniture arrived in the same condition.
They were respectful, pleasant, and professional. While we hope to never move again, we would definitely use this company again - and even request all (4) employees to assist with the move.

Our move happened on one of the hottest days of the year but the movers remained positive and professional the entire time. From scheduling to payment this company was great. Always in contact to make sure we were on track and arrived on time. My move consisted of unloading 3 2nd floor storage units into 2 trucks … driving an hour then unloading into my home. I cannot thank them enough for doing such a great and difficult job. The price was very reasonable and it was money well spent! I highly recommend this company… in spite of the heat and heavy loads everything arrived undamaged because the movers were still very careful with my belongings. A+ team!

Little Guys movers did an excellent job! They were easy to work with when determining a load and unload date. The gentlemen arrived on time and were very nice, respectful of our home and belongings, and worked hard to complete the load and unload in a timely manner. The pricing was fair, and there were no extra or hidden fees. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who wants their job done right!

This was the best moving experience I’ve ever had. I would definitely hire Little Guys Movers again. I really appreciated the confirmation calls leading up to my move. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and friendly. On the day of the move, the guys arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and professional and seemed to work really well together.
