I’m writing to recognize the incredible team that helped my wife and I with our recent move and to share just how positive our experience was from start to finish.
First and foremost, the movers, Nick, Mel, and Malachai were were absolutely outstanding. We cannot speak enough highly of their work and level of care. They arrived right on time, communicated clearly throughout the day, and immediately put us at ease with their friendly personalities and positive attitudes. They worked incredibly hard and efficiently while still being extremely careful and thoughtful when packing and handling our belongings. It was clear they took real pride in their work.
The day of our move was very cold, and we were especially impressed by how mindful they were about closing the front door as they went in and out to help prevent energy loss. That level of consideration may seem small, but it really stood out to us. They worked seamlessly as a team, stayed professional the entire time, and maintained amazing attitudes despite the challenging conditions. We were genuinely impressed.
Another moment that really stood out to us was when they needed to remove our front door in order to move our refrigerator. After reinstalling it, they specifically asked us to check the door to make sure we were happy with how it was functioning. When I mentioned that it could be better, they didn’t hesitate to spend additional time adjusting it until it worked perfectly and to my complete satisfaction. That level of care and follow-through meant a lot to us.
Beyond the movers, we also want to highlight how positive the overall experience was with your company. From the very beginning, the office staff (Antawn, Brandon, James) did an excellent job. Everyone we interacted with was thorough, communicated clearly, and was extremely adaptable. You worked with us to reschedule our move a total of three times due to inclement weather, and every interaction felt respectful and well organized. Everyone was extremely understanding. Your team was very unified. We spoke with multiple people leading up to the move, and every single person knew our situation in detail. It truly felt like everyone was on the same team and fully aligned on providing great service. I always got an email after my calls to review the conversations and adjustments to the plans as they occurred.
We also loved your business model, especially the flat-rate pricing. That transparency was refreshing and very different from what we encountered while shopping around.
We have already recommended your company to friends and will absolutely continue to speak highly of you. The movers were exceptional, the office staff was fantastic, and the experience as a whole exceeded our expectations.

Excellent pricing, almost $200 cheaper than most competitors. Sensible and fair pricing structure (quarter-hour increments, charging for truck based on distance). The movers themselves were professional, fast, and willing to move a nearly-empty water dispenser even though they didn’t want to transport liquids.

The crew from Little Guys was extremely helpful with my latest move! Charlie provided prompt estimates and checked in twice to confirm everything in the week leading up to the move. The crew was professional, friendly, efficient, and careful while moving furniture and some boxes to my new place. Thanks for taking some of the stress out of moving! Little Guys made the moving process as easy as it could be for us. We have 3 small children so everything was already stressful but we appreciated Little Guys’ consistent and professional communication throughout the entire process. The staff showed up to our with enthusiasm and smiles on their faces ready to help in any way they could.
We really appreciate what you guys did to help us. Moving is always hard but yall made it so much easier.

They were fast, friendly and professional! They patiently listened to everything I said and asked questions to make sure they were doing the job right! They said it may take a little over an hour, but it actually took less than one hour! They were also honest and reduced the price when only 3 guys moved my stuff instead of 4 guys which I really appreciated! Highly recommend!
