The staff are extremely efficient and knowledgeable. My bike had been damaged after an incident with my rack, so I took it right to Cycology. They had my bike fixed and ready to go within an hour. Great service!

The staff in the bike area were so helpful with both bike rack issues, as well as providing knowledgeable information about the new ebikes now available, and their changes in 2026. We definitely would come back when it is time to update our Trek ebikes. Then, over is the retail store, received exceptional assistance in trying on different shoe options. Asked great questions to assist in working through trying on different brands.

Your employees are always pleasant and friendly. They are knowledgeable of the products you sale. They are all outdoor enthusiasts. If the sales person can not answer a question, there is always another employee who can. We have been shopping in your store since 2006.
