The staff in the bike area were so helpful with both bike rack issues, as well as providing knowledgeable information about the new ebikes now available, and their changes in 2026. We definitely would come back when it is time to update our Trek ebikes.
Then, over is the retail store, received exceptional assistance in trying on different shoe options. Asked great questions to assist in working through trying on different brands.

They have high-quality products and staff! I went there just to have a brake adjusted (no appointment necessary). My bike was purchased less than a year ago. They let me know the bike could have a once over for free. While I was waiting for the maintenance, two other floor people helped me to find the proper basket and basket mount bracket for my bike model. I also mentioned that the right handle grip slipped sometimes. They helped me to find ergonomic style grips - which I love! They installed all the items for me. I was given a military discount and thanked for my service.

I absolutely love my bike! Eddie done more than sold a bike. He gave me happiness and feel good about myself. I cant say enough what he did for me. The service i received is beyond anything I could imagine. I am so in love with my bike purchase. It was little pricey for my wallet but he was correct it was well worth it! The smiles this product has gave me is priceless.

Torn between buying a “throw away” bike online because I thought I would never be able to afford a bike from a bike shop, I called and spoke with Charles; I asked questions and he took the time and answered them for me. I went to the shop and tried a couple different models of bikes and found that the Electra Townie Go! was the best fit for me. I am older and have back issues but still want to exercise. Thrilled with my choice, he set my bike up for me and tightened some bolts on my bike rack to safely transport my new bike home. Charles went above and beyond to help me. I was very excited to see I could actually afford a better bike for my money. I love this bike and have gone out each day so far for a ride. Thank you Charles and all who work at Cycology Bicycles, I love this bike and happy that I will have it for many miles to come.

The bike shop guys are above and beyond helpful, not to mention friendly and most importantly bike experienced. What a great place! (OH, and they serve beer while you wait🍺!!)
The Trading Co has an excellent selection of top brand gear. The best outdoor shoe selection in the entire area. Again, the staff was beyond superior!
