This is the visit, upon which i had to take the bike back, because taking it home after the normal service and replacement of parts, it worked terribly. After making adjustment, I rode it in front of business, noting several items that were still wrong. Attendant was helpful, in getting technician out front, so the issue could be identified immediately. Upon identification, the faulty item was replaced. Afterwards, bike runs like a new one. Only issue I had was I was required to pay maintenance fee on the return, even though I had paid it on the initial service and then had to return it, since the bike was in worse shape than when I originally dropped it off. Don't feel I should have been required to pay for maintenance for the return, since the bike was not fixed in the initial service. Other than that, very satisfied with the service. Thanks Terry
