We went in looking for information about bikes and walked out with three Trek bikes. The staff did not pressure us, but they answered EVERY question we had. They are extremely knowledgeable (but don't talk over your heads with technical jargon). They listened to what we needed as a family, and they explained the benefits we didn't know about for sizing up kids' bikes. I left knowing I made a good investment in my health and quality time with my family, biking!

The service is too expensive. For example, to get my tubeless tires refilled with sealant would cost me $40. Where is the sealant only cost five dollars a tube. The labor costs are exorbitant.
