Loved the service received at the local store in west Little Rock, AR. Got me in on exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price and on my way same day to start riding with my kiddos!
I had a very nice experience testing out E-Bikes at the Trek store. Demetre was very attentive and knowledgeable. Basically, I rode 3 bikes. I’d have to ride one, then re-ride the other. Demetre never pushed me but I asked about a 3rd more expensive bike and he said, ride it and see what you think. Good call! It was the best for me & I bought it.
When I first arrived no one was in the store, but that was short-lived. Demetre never got flustered or impatient.
It was a good experience and I would recommend to others.
Service; is what motivated me to buy from the Little Rock Trek store. The sells team at LR Trek is on point. I shopped their store three time before final sale. First off I’m 69.5 yo, in public I get treated accordingly and the Trek team, two employees Alden and Dimitri, were excellent at discussing all my concerns. 1) first bike ride in 30 years. 2) my age. 3) am I going to kill myself. 4) which bicycle best fit my needs. 5) locations to ride that best fit who I am. These two men have skills that are difficult to train OTJ, a person has to learn these skill through a life style.
Products; I looked at a lot of competitor products. Trek had the bike for me. I wanted a EMTB and the Powerfly fit and exceeded my needs. You had any accessory I could think of and you had multiple selections.
Personal; I wanted something to get me off the couch. I’ve always been active, water sports, hiking, hunting and since retirement I’ve sat down. I want to tour the back country of Arkansas and the Powerfly+ FS4 will transport me to and from my destination. Also the LR Trek store was full of accessories and bikes. The other stores were selling what they had not what I needed.
