I like this club very much! My children love swimming and kid playground! We eat often there too!
As a busy working mother, I so appreciate this place! I keep my own exercise and run together with my children!
Then have a cup of ice water and have a peaceful moment for myself! I strongly recommend this place to everyone in town!
My house is a few away from the club! The club is my second home now!
Parking is horrendous. The showers in the male locker room are in very poor condition. Some of them do not even work properly. The sink/countertop area in the male locker room is usually filthy. The towel dispenser rarely works. The countertops are normally soaking wet and filthy. You reserve two outside tennis courts for a team tennis practice and find out the day of the practice session that you have been bumped by an instructor giving a lesson. It is getting harder and harder for club members to reserve a court to play tennis. I think the LRAC has really gone downhill over the years. It seems the emphasis has been on increasing quantity of members over quality of the facility for the existing members. We maintain a membership because of our tennis involvement but I would have a really hard time recommending the club to anybody. If it was not for our involvement in tennis there is no way I would be a member of LRAC.
The gym has everything that you could ask for when it comes to training & fitness. Most places are only good for certain types, but this facility could be used for any type of training that you can think of.
