I have tried to sign up for personal training. My hours are very limited and early morning was the only time I could meet. The person in charge of the training met with me a couple time (good work out) but said he could not meet so early in the morning. He said he would try to find me someone. I never heard back from him. Completely dropped the ball. As it stands right now I have made other arrangement with a different trainer (not from racket club) . I am disappointed that there was no further communication on at least trying to work with me I cannot imagine that you do not work with any other busy professionals who commit to exercise very early in the morning. Since you ask I thought would mention
Facilities and amenities are fantastic, but it is way too difficult to sign up for things. I've recently signed up for swim lessons and group tennis for my kids, both of which required paperwork and multiple phone calls and a few days or weeks to get a response. I also tried to get my own locker and was told I would be called back after they checked availability (which seems like something they should know) but I never got a call back. For the price of this fitness center I would expect a much simpler process for all types of sign ups.
That said, we love the facility and the staff are very polite and welcoming.
Great staff. Down under is perfect for our 7 year old. He loves going. My 3 year old, not so much. Would love to see a smaller scale version of Down Under for 3 year olds. She doesn't enjoy going to the child care room. It's a must though if I'm going to work out. Maybe something similar to the Tumble room at racquet club??? Please. Otherwise a great failicty!
