Friendly staff- nice clean facilities- upgrades this summer with a new slide more ladders and new speakers and solar powered lights- there's a new cooling system too in the recreational pool- not a huge fan myself but then I'm a 68 yo woman- it's definitely keeping the water temp down no matter how hot the weather is- new policies this year too for unaccompanied preteens probably makes it better for everybody- and I think there have been more lifeguards around this summer too- the snack bar has done good business- and the little kids pool/area is top notch:) everybody shares toys and that makes it more fun

The Barbells in the CrossFit area could use some love. The collars barely rotate which is not ideal for some of the lifts involved in CrossFit. However, all together the racquet club is a great spot for workouts and wellness in general.

The staff is friendly and they know you, often by name. The members tend to all be there for the right reasons, health, exercise, fun. I don't see personalities that are immediate put-offs.

The people are great and I like the facilities. But you don't give me a chance to tell you what I don't like. PLEASE continue to improve the fan situation in the spinning room. I did notice you put a new chain on one. There is still one fan that needs to be fixed. Plus we could really use another floor fan. A quieter one would be nice. The way the bikes are laid out the last bikes to fill up have no fan exposure and are right next to ear drum busting speakers. That makes for a bad experience.

My complaint is about chopping one of the lanes in the 50-meter pool in half. That pool is almost always full of lap swimmers, and no one ever uses that shortened lane. A waste. If a swimmer wants a short pool to swim in, the 25-yard pool is virtually empty every morning. Meanwhile, in the 50 meter pool, people are doubled up in the lanes. I sometimes swim very early, sometimes in the afternoon, occasionally later in the evening. And no one ever uses the short lane. This morning, as I was leaving, I suddenly saw two people in it...But no. They were taking pictures! They weren't swimming laps. Also, why put the plastic barrier along the pool wall in this shortened lane? Now, we can't even crawl out via that side...Unfortunately, some of us need to get out on the edge --- we can't jump up onto the pool deck at the long ends anymore. If the idea was to provide space for swim lessons, why use the 50-meter pool and not the 25-yard pool? Thanks.

the club is krpy in ship shop shape and the members are all friendly 1 I especially like the new 25 yard pool!!!!! It is magnificent!!!

LRAC is a very nice facility. Racquet Club very nice. Racquet club needs more parking. It’s very expensive. Wish the prices were a little more affordable. Would like evening aqua classes. Front desk staff needs to be able to answer more questions about facilities. I’ve needed simple questions answered and many times front desk people tell me they don’t know.

I like the classes we have and the instructors but there needs to be a class on Thursdays at 4:30 , Step class. The parking is terrible, need staff out directing people or more signage, send out reminders to members to be considerate when parking and make sure they are not taking up more than 1 space and that they are not blocking other vehicles. The spin room needs some attention with the fans and audio equipment.
