I love the friendliness of the staff. My child takes tennis lessons and we have seen a major improvement over the last two sessions. All of the coaches have been kind and make lessons fun.

LRCC does MANY things right. The front desk personnel. Cleanliness of changing rooms has been pretty well kept. always the hair. LRCC managers have not 'listened' before and my 'complaints' have not changed. No weight room personel available for "on the fly questions". More signage about the employees rights than the members. Feels like a day care has priority over pool space. Again, many things are done well at LRCC.

Mavis presented a stellar face to your organization. I have waited several years of living in Little Rock to join some form of The Athletic Club, and if it had been anyone but her, I may have waited longer still. She was genuine, kind, caring, professional, and well-informed. She walked me around the facility and shared some of the various perks to appeal to various age groups and members of the family. We are excited to check out the Pilates reformer classes, Olympic pool, and summer kid options.Thank you so much.

I am a morning boot camp participant only. The upstairs tennis facility is in need of help. the interior air conditioner unit hasn't worked in over one year. Air intake leaks when it rains, and the rain collection bucket is in the way of the workout class. There are no wall fans to help move air. Hannah and Lisa are amazing, but our room needs help. Additionally, people come up there without trainers, and that seems opposite from what is allowed.

We love the pool! And the gym always feels like it's alive, which is probably due to the programming. The only issue that we have is at the kiddie pool. When big kids that can swim (I'm talking age 8, 9, 10) come mess around in the kiddie pool, it makes it more dangerous for the 2-5 year olds. Usually they don't have parental supervision or the self-awareness not to run over the littles. Is there any way that a rule could be posted (more prominently if there already is one) about kids under 15 not going into the kiddie pool area without an adult?

Parking options! It can be difficult to get in at times. For kids’ camp, more options for rainy-day activities. On the positive side, I like the fitness equipment, class choices, and especially the ability of 10-14yo’s to go to the pool solo in summer.

Friendly staff. Well managed. Good amenities. Shoutout to the pilates reformer instructors... particularly Sara T- my hamstrings and I are big fans of her. How about we extend out on that deck area and get a few more reformers?!! 1pm every day is quite nerve racking
