The staff is always so friendly and remember my daughters name. The daily updates are so great and my daughters teachers are so kind. I also have piece of mind that my daughter is eating healthy fresh food all day long while having beneficial lessons and interactions throughout her day. Little Sunshine’s gives me piece of mind that my sweet girl is safe and having fun while she is away from me.

Little sunshine’s is honestly the most amazing daycare, but they are so much more. The teachers are all so kind and invested, another focus on enriching activities is outstanding! Miss Nick, Miss Courtney, and Miss Taylor were so wonderful to my daughter and made her transition into day care such a pleasant and loving experience! Now that Sophia is in the „big kid” class, she frequently tells me that she misses her other teachers and that she loves them. Her new teachers are fantastic too! Ms Jaya and Ms Chloe have taken such wonderful care of my daughter and have been so helpful in potty training and encouraging her to go at school. I could rave for hours about how much LE love and appreciate everyone at the school. Ms. Christa is so kind and always makes her self available for any questions and concerns, Rachel, Amanda, and Roquel ( spelling?) are always there to greet us and are kind and helpful. Chef Mark is such a blessing for my kiddo in regard to taking extra care with food allergies, and the curriculum is second to none.
Thank you LSP for being here! I feel so calm every day, knowing that my little one is being taken care of and loved in such a wonderful environment.

We love little sunshine playhouse! Our little one goes part time and he loves spending time with friends and the teachers. He has the best days there and they feel like family. He learns so much in the short time he’s been going. We love all of the activities he gets to do. They keep him very busy all day!

Both of my boys have gone to Little Sunshine’s Preschool in Franklin, TN. The leadership at the school is outstanding. Ms. Christa is an amazing director and has done a fantastic job of hiring very caring and talented teachers for the school; and has somehow done the impossible task of hanging on to some of the truly best employees and allowing them to grow into leadership positions as well. Turnover is symptomatic in daycares, so when you see so many of the same faces year after year and they are friendly and always seem in a good mood it makes you feel better about dropping your kids off there. Both my sons have loved their time there and my oldest has remarked that it will be a sad day when we no longer have to pick his little brother up from LSP Franklin and see his old teachers. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a daycare in the Franklin, TN area.

We wanted to share our experience with the infant room. Our daughter had a very difficult time adjusting to Miss Ashley’s care. Unlike her experience with previous teachers, she appeared visibly scared to enter the classroom and even refused to eat during the day. Additionally, she would come home with unexplained marks and no accompanying incident reports, which was very concerning for us. Overall, we felt that communication during that time was poor and left us feeling uneasy.
We were surprised to learn that Miss Ashley was named Teacher of the Month, as we know that multiple parents have also raised concerns with the director about the environment in that classroom.
On a positive note, our daughter is now thriving in her new room with Miss Jasmine and Kaitlyn. They are both incredibly warm, communicative, and attentive. We feel reassured every day knowing she’s in a nurturing and safe space, and we’re grateful for the positive change.

We have had a fantastic experience at Little Sunshine for the last 5 years. Our son started at the school when he was 6 weeks old and our entire experience since then has been extremely positive. All of the teachers that our son has had have been fantastic and Christa Thompkins is such a great leader. We can't say enough good things about how great Christa has been in every way!
Also, Miss Minal and Miss Shree who have been there in the mornings early ever since we started taking our son are fantastic. He loves seeing them as they are both so warm and caring.
We are moving to a pre-K through 6th grade program at a private school for the fall and were encouraged to start as he is in pre-K in order to have a spot for all 8 years. Otherwise, we wouldn't be leaving Little Sunshine. We are sad to be leaving as we have had such a great experience!

We absolutely adore LSP for our 2.5 yo! The love, care, and personalized attention she gets on a daily basis is unheard of at other daycares. Ms. Nic O. and Ms. Courtney V. are the sweetest teachers that our daughter is thrilled to see each day. We can imagine trusting anyone else with our daughter!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Little Sunshine Playhouse and I can confidently say that what I enjoy most about their program is the genuine care and attention that every child receives.
The teachers are incredibly nurturing and patient, always greeting the children with smiles and providing a loving, safe environment that feels like a second home. It’s clear that they truly care about each child’s development and emotional well-being, and that gives me so much peace of mind. A huge Shoutout to Miss Jasmine, Miss Kaitlyn, Miss Tailer, Miss Abby, Miss Nic and Miss Colleen and Miss Paula
Another standout aspect is the food program and the in-house chef. The meals are healthy, well-balanced, and thoughtfully cooked. Knowing they’re eating nutritious meals while I’m at work is such a relief.
The staff overall are professional and kind. From the front desk to the classroom assistants, everyone treats the children and parents with respect and warmth. Communication is consistent and clear, which I really appreciate as a parent.
