Janette was absolutely wonderful to work with in grooming. She took the time to explain stripping my dog (terrier), all the options, pricing, and maintenance. She squeezed us in same day and did his nails! She was so kind and attentive. Thank you! We also received thorough help from one of the gentleman. I don't know his name but he helped me go through different dog foods to get my boy switched over. All the employees were super sweet to my dog, kind, and very welcoming.

Giving my pup a bath in has never been so easy. The self-bathing facility here is always clean and everybody is always so friendly. I really appreciate having a Chuck and Don's nearby to keep her maintained.

They are always very friendly and personable. Jeanette the groomer took very good care of our dogs and they looked and smelled so good when I picked them up. My girl is long haired and they got all the knots out and got all the excess hair out. Nails were trimmed well. We will always take our dogs to Chuck and Don's.
