We've bought all our kids' bikes at Livermore Cyclery since they first were able to ride. This last time in particular was just yet another confirmation as to why we simply go first and only to Livermore Cyclery. We went to the Livermore location looking for the "next stage" bike for our daughter. Matt was extremely patient with our infinite questions and went the extra mile to hold a bike for us at the Dublin location so we would be able to go look at the color in person. Upon arriving to Dublin, Taylor was once again, incredibly patient with us, cleaned up her bike and was patient as we decided upon basket, no basket, bell, etc. We all couldn't be happier and are so grateful that true "Customer Service" hasn't been forgotten for those of us whom just love to cycle for fun! Keep up the awesome service! It's so fun to take our kids to the "Neighborhood Bicycle Shop". These are memories they'll have for the rest of their lives! Happy New Year!
