Liv is very personable and professional. She was readily available to show homes and gave great input into the pros and cons of properties. She has links to other professionals who can help evaluate properties and the costs of getting work done on them. She was patient with me and the difficult task I had of selecting a home within a very short and high pressured time frame. I'm happy to have been able to work with her on finding my new home.

Working with Liv was an amazing experience from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, which made the entire buying and selling process so much less stressful. She was always organized, responsive, and one step ahead, making sure nothing was overlooked. I always felt like she had our best interests in mind and truly cared about helping us through every step of the process. Liv was amazing to work with. She listened to our thoughts on all the houses we saw and would point out little things during our tours of things to consider or possible fixes to minor issues with the homes. She would check in common problem areas to let us know if we were going to be running into anything big long term. We never felt pressured to make a decision on anything. Liv would just ask if we had seen anything we liked and would pull any documents or comps when requested. When it finally came time to put in an offer, she worked it up quickly and went through it with us step by step before submitting it. She also was in constant contact during the that time to make sure we had the most up to date information and how best to strengthen our offer when someone else put in a higher offer. She prepared the inspections and was very proactive with any other appointments that were needed. Liv was a huge help throughout this process and we were so thankful that we worked with her. Would recommend Liv and the team to anyone looking for a realtor to help them find their new home!

Liv was incredible from start to finish. We met her at a random open house and right away knew that we wanted her to help us find our first home. She stayed with us as we had to start and stop our home search a few times and stayed engaged without being pushy. She offered us support and guidance. We are so lucky to have found our new home that welcome our first baby into with Liv’s amazing help. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Liv was knowledgeable, warm, listened carefully to my unique needs, and a delight to spend time with. She helped me make decisions about my priorities when I had hard trade offs. And she helped me navigate all the challenges of inspection, finding a lender, dealing with the seller, and ultimately closing. A+ experience for me across the board! Liv is incredible! The moment you sent her a listing she would make an appointment. This was our first time buying a house and we were doing it from TX. Liv made the process so easy and explained all of the ins and outs very well. She was always available through text or call. I’m so glad we had Liv in our corner when buying a house!
