I could not ask for more with Dan, Liz and Ben. Highly professional but also personable which is helpful during the overwhelming process of buying/selling a house. They got the balance of "follow up" absolutely correct of somewhere in the middle of no communication to being pushy. They always made me feel like I was the only client they had. Having been a corporate Banker for 51 years, I have had numerous reasons/opportunities to deal with or have the personal need for dealing with real estate agents and both personally or professionally I or my wife and I have never enjoyed the relationship and success we have had with the Gaulin Team of Liz, Dan and Ben!! We began our recent journey to find the ideal home on Cazenovia Lake as our last ( this is our 9th home) almost two years ago and from the onset, Liz and Dan discussed our needs, desires and took the time to ensure they placed the correct houses in front of us to consider. Not once did they ever attempt to push us or change our mind. The conversations were about satisfying us, not them realizing a quick sale. The Gaulins have taken care of us every step of the way. We had a difficult time finding the right house for us in the current market, but they patiently helped us through several attempts to buy a house before we found the right one. They did a great job selling our house for over asking price, and of taking care of our property while we were out of town. They have gone above and beyond in so many ways. We cannot recommend them enough!
