Liz Rauser is everything you'd want from a realtor. She is thoughtful, punctual, and precise. She provided extremely helpful advice and has excellent taste. She worked with us on every detail to prepare our home for listing and to determine an optimum price. As a result, we received offers beyond our expectation. She kept us informed every step of the way and saw everything through to the closing. We wouldn't even consider working with anyone else.
