Liz went above and beyond for us with our first selling experience just like she did when we purchased our first home with her! She put together a great CMA, recommended an excellent listing price, had a wonderful photographer, and generated a ton of buzz for our listing. In the first weekend on the market, our home had 30+ showings, a busy open house, and we received 6 offers (all over asking price!). We listed the home on a Thursday, and by Sunday night we had accepted an offer. Liz communicated very well throughout the whole process and took steps off of our plate whenever possible. I would recommend her to anyone!

My significant other and I were extremely appreciative with the work completed by Liz from start to finish, especially being apart of every step to make sure there were no disconnects. She was very patient with us when finding a home we loved and never pressured us to make a decision. Liz always looked out for our best interest in what would be a perfect starter home for us, and gave great advice during every single walk through. You can tell she's extremely knowledgeable about the market, as well as houses in general when pointing out pros and potential/identified issues. Even when our deal was on the verge of falling through, she went above and beyond to solidify an outcome that would be best for us. She was also exceedingly responsive to texts and calls, no matter what time of day we were contacting her. I will be recommending Liz to anyone who is looking for a realtor in the future, and can't wait to engage her again when we decide to upgrade to a new house. We couldn't say enough fantastic things about her!
