It's professional, clean, relaxing, rejuvenating. The best thing is the Massage therapists assess your needs, focus ( for me) on problem areas, offer suggestions and exercises as well. Highly knowledgeable about the musculoskeletal system. I always leave completely relaxed. I always recommend Elements to everyone!

Very clean, calm and peaceful place. The masseuse was professional and very informative. I appreciated every bit of my interaction. I feel 20 times better than when I walked in with so many tight muscles. And I am not in pain afterwards. Highly recommend Russ.

It's nice to book an hour long massage and actually get the entire hour of service (I have been to other places and was back in my car after 45 minutes). I booked with Beth and she listened to what I had to say and gave extra time for the areas I asked for. I would highly recommend elements to anyone!

I felt very welcome the first time I visited the Elements and the person that I spoke with answered all my questions and explain the programs available. The lobby area I found to be very clean and relaxing while waiting before session. My message was relaxing and relieved tension areas of my body. I was surprised to see my name on the welcome sign outside of the spa when I arrived for my first message it made me smile. It’s your personal touches that are very welcoming.
