The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and on top of things! Sara is perfect for my needs and was lucky to find her since she was the fourth therapist since I started. I previously went to the Mason location for many years, before they closed. She always listens to my needs and makes sure she covers everything before I leave the studio. I give her an A+
