Solid products and even better service. All staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We recently arrived at the store 5 mins before closing and David stayed over at least 1 hour making sure we understood everything about our new road bike and that we had everything we needed. Customer for life.

We were assisted by Ben. He was very helpful. I was looking for new indoor bike shoes. He provided me with a variety of shoes to try on to insure I found what would be the best fit. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision or purchase. Additionally, he helped my wife adjust the cleats on a new pair of shoes she purchased a few years ago, so that they would work for her. The latter was a case of service above and beyond. Thanks so much!

Had an issue the first time around but Chris at the Jacksonville shop was great. He went out of his way to get my bike fixed quickly, did a full workover, updated my ebike battery, and did a tech-check on the control module. Definitely recommend, and will go back for any future bike needs.

Excellent bike shop! The team is truly professional. I struggled the day before trying to remove a stuck pedal and seatpost on my bike, but they fixed everything quickly and at a very reasonable price. I’m extremely happy with the service and how helpful everyone was. Highly recommend!

I originally purchased a Cannondale shipped to your store. My first interaction was over the phone with Mr. Dave. He went above and beyond to help me when my bicycle never showed up to your store. He kept in contact and kept me updated the entire time. Mr. William helped me yesterday with choosing and fitting a bicycle. He was thorough, patient and made sure it was a perfect fit. I never felt rushed the entire time i was there. Mr William and Mr. Dave were patient, thorough and made sure i was completely happy whenever I stopped in yesterday to make my purchase of a different bicycle. They both went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier with the bicycle and the help I received. The young man who helped me load it into my car was great too, I did not catch his name but he was as awesome as everyone else in your store too. I absolutely will come back and refer anyone i know for any future needs for my new bicycle.

Chris is always extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable! He explained everything and the repairs were exactly what the estimate was. He offered helpful tips and answered all my questions. Didn't pressure me to make unnecessary repairs but to keep an eye on certain things. They are my "go-to" for all my repairs!
