Great service! Went in with a question about a product (that was purchased elsewhere). They helped me work through the cause of the issue, and helped provide a solution! (Cleats weren't staying clipped-in to pedals. Helped me see the issue was with the pedals, and sold me ones that worked!).

On 07-03-2026, I worked with David and Ben. David is awesome, but most customers already know that. Ben, is a young man and was very knowledge and helpful. I had issues at another bike shop and Ben immediately felt my pain and set me up with all my bicycle essentials without pushing anything on me. I am very picky and particularly with anything I get, and he was very patient and understood all my needs. He went above and beyond. Great overall service from everyone in the shop.

David was great and took care my bikes issue. He was honest and told me a time frame of when he thought it would be ready that day. His estimated time was off only 15 minutes. Great job and great staff

The measure of good customer service doesn't happen when things go well, it's when the unexpected happens and the company has an "opportunity" to make things right. Bicycles ETC totally impressed me with their willingness to make things right when we had a problem with a bicycle we had purchased. 100% honest and customer focused. I highly recommend them.
