First, I was truly amazed that they were open on Sunday, up to 5 P.M., which I was very close to arriving. Secondly, they were very happy to air my tires in both bikes, then provide a long list of places to ride our mountain bikes. Very helpful, very accommodating that worked with my schedule. we will be back!

Ben was amazing! He helped me the entire time and gave clear expectations/guidance. I had a lot of questions and he answered every single one of them. He was patient through all of it. He was also great at multi-tasking and getting other customers taken care of. I work in a fast-paced industry, so I get how it goes sometimes. Thanks for the help!

I stopped by Bicycles plus and it was five minutes before closing on Saturday. Ben took the time to show me Bicycles that would fit my needs. We made arrangements to meet the following day when the store opened so that I could test ride the two bikes that I had chosen. Needless to say I purchased the bike, a beautiful Townie, and Ben assembled it and had it ready for me later in the day. Ben also adjusted my bike rack so that my new bike would fit on it and he tightened everything up on the rack so that it was safe. Ben really made this bicycle purchasing experience very pleasant. He went above and beyond for me and I totally appreciate it and I would highly recommend this bike shop to anyone.

I recently had my bike serviced at this shop, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They were very quick and attentive, providing excellent service for my bike while patiently answering all of my questions. Each and every visit into the store is informative, the Staff and Manager engage each and every customer entering the store. They know when to let you look and when to engage in the real purpose for each customer entering the facility. I truly learn something every time I shop. After visiting with them a couple weeks ago with my wife she purchased her first E Bike and Loves it. Ive returned to inquire about seats, locks and Helmets. Its my go to bike shop!
