They have amazing customer service as well as a selection of different kinds of bikes to fit anybodys liking or needs. I have been getting bike repairs from them since a kid. I'd like to see more relevant products in stock. GP5000 TR S 700x30 and some better choices for glueless patch kits like Birzman or even Lezyne. Ed was very helpful today and even got me tempted to buy a new bike by showing me his new Domane!
