The store had plenty of bicycles to look at. The shop was very clean and well organized. I was welcomed as soon as walked in the door. The repair shop was busy which is a good sign. The technicians are very knowledgable and when the repair was done, he test rode the bike to make sure it was good to go. The technician also gave us tips to help us operate the electric bike efficiently. The owner came up to us and asked how we were doing. We were treated like family. My wife and I will buy our next bikes when the time comes and will continue to have our bicycles tuned up at Maplewood Bicycle.

John was absolutely fantastic. I visited multiple bike shops, and while everyone was friendly, John stood out as the best in customer service. I came in looking for entry-level mountain bikes, and instead of rushing me into a sale, he actually sat us down, listened to our needs, and made sure we were fitted properly to the bike before even doing a test ride. He went the extra mile by adjusting the bike to fit us physically before we took it out, which made the whole experience so much better. The time and care he took made all the difference, and it really showed that he wanted us to have the right setup—not just any bike. The overall experience was fantastic from start to finish, and we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend John if you’re looking for a bike and want someone who truly cares about getting you the right fit.
