I had a couple of questions, and concerns about the bike, and it was resolved immediately! Enjoyed the vibe in the store, and all the employees were extremely easy to work with! Excellent service at reasonable price. I’d recommend this shop to anyone who needs to service his/her bike. Even if it’s not a Trek bike! The best thing is about them is that the service advisor gives you an evaluation of what service is needed for your bike and then gives you a budgetary price so there are no surprises!
