Prompt efficient service - helpful, courteous and friendly staff. Good communication, staff always seem to go that extra mile.....I must admit I did stop at one of your competitors recently (because I was going past), but aside from the minimum order issue, they were slightly abrupt and I felt I had somehow "put them out" by arriving at the front counter. I won't make that mistake again !! I regularly shop at your Southampton branch and it is always a pleasure... Keep up the good work ! Caleb

The wide range of materials & sizes available was very good The ‘cut to size’ was very useful and the ease of ordering/paying was tip top. In addition, I had to amend the my order over the phone and this was dealt with easily and without fuss. I cannot fault anything about my experience.
