Retro is a great gym. I left Crunch after 4 years and I am very happy with Retro as they are cleaner and better suited to whst I needed in a gym. Alyssa is a great gym owner and seems on top of making sure the members are happy and the gym is kept clean and organized. I also like the classes offered in the Neptune Retro. Good Job Alyssa and Retro 👍👍👍

Retro Fitness in West Long Branch is probanly the best gym in Monmouth county. It offers a well equipped gym environment. The staff is friendlt and helpful. The owners Alyssa and Bernie run a first rate operation and go out of their way to make sure that all members have a positive gym experience.

"Retro" is like an oasis in its highway setting... nearby to the locals (a reliable 10 min. door to door for me) , and always plenty of parking. The premises are always super-clean and inviting,and its staff always present and in welcoming mode.
