i like a class reservation process. I am impressed with FitStart with a personal trainer. I had a hip replacement surgery and just started Aqua Fit class . I needed help to check my body condition and set my goal.

I’ve had a great experience at In-Shape! The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I need for my workouts. Very clean. has so much to offer for workout gear. Courts. local to where I live. Great dry sauna. Extremely clean. Very friendly front desk staff. Overall great vibe, almost upscale. Excellent price.

I love that there are many different areas to work out in, but specially if one is busier. Also, love the daycare option! I haven’t left my child alone with anyone that is not family, the only place I feel comfortable is at inshape while I’m there working out! We miss Emma in the day time at concord though! She was so incredible and the reason why my son felt comfortable and stopped crying when I left him! She is a miracle worker!
