It's always easy to make an appointment. The staff is very friendly. They always have the products I need in stock. We moved to Knoxville last year, and I've been going to Kim since then. She does a great job and is a fun person. She has been able to use my formula from my last stylist, so my hair and cut has remained the same. I was afraid of finding a new stylist after spending 10 years with my last one, but the transition has been seamless.
