The technician listened to the bicycle issues that brought me in. He also thoroughly looked over my bicycle for any other issues that I had failed to notice. We mutually decided on a course of repair and parts required along with a price estimate. A few days later, I received an email “Good News… “your bicycle is ready to pick up”! The next day, as I rode… I was pleased that all the problems I noted to the mechanic had indeed been solved. New chain, new rear shock, new rear cassette, new bottom bracket. I am pleased
