Emily is wonderful - She's knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and friendly, and a retail organization simply couldn't ask for a better representative. We were introduced to the Trek brand about 5 years ago with our first Trek bikes, and we've been loyal customers and brand ambassadors since, right up to our purchase of our second pair of Trek bikes last month.

I have been a customer of Trek's in Lakeville since I bought my Trek in 2019. I cannot tell you how kind, courteous and professional the staff are. They do great tune ups - but it's really the little things - like taking a quick look at my bike when the chain ran off the gear - no charge! And most recently - I purchased a Rocky Mount Bike Rack - and unfortunately had to wait over a month to get the trailer hitch attached to my car. They couldn't have been nicer storing the rack for me - and again - no worries about payment, etc. When I did go in on Thursday - Emily attached the rack herself and then did not charge me for her service. I can't say enough about this bike shop - they are THE PLACE to go on the SouthCoast for bikes and service. Thank you! Joanne Mendes New Bedford

I recently purchased a Trek FX2 hybrid. The bike fits me perfectly. It’s such a joy to ride. Everyone in the store was great in making sure I had all the necessary equipment. I wanted to choose a bike shop that’s local to me and I’m so glad I chose the Trek store in Lakeville. I’m looking forward to doing more business with them.

Ive had three Trek Bikes so far and they are my favorite! The Trek Fuel EX 8 is the best one and Im looking forward to buying a new one soon and an electric eTrek MTB. Thank you for your awesome engineering and Happy Pedaling!
