Professional and courteous staff who are very knowledgeable about their products as well as bicycles in general. They apply zero pressure to buy anything which is a plus. I appreciate the quality of the Trek products and the accessories/equipment from other vendors they offer. I’ve owned a Trek mountain bike since 1999 and it’s still going strong and I just purchased a Trek cruiser for my wife. Trek Bicycle Albuquerque is my go-to bike shop for service as well, even for my non-Trek e-bike.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!. I know things will be done right at reasonable bike prices. Trek has always been a tad bit more expensive, but you get more then what you pay for.
