Patrick and Melody are very professional and treat you like family. Going through a refi or buying a new home can be very stressful, as anyone would know, but Patrick and Melody made it feel like a smooth transition throughout the whole process. Our son might be buying his first home, and I will definitely recommend Peoples Bank because of these two!

I didn’t really know what to expect when first inquired about refinancing. Especially just coming out of bankruptcy. Other lenders all said they could help but changed as I explained the bankruptcy being discharged. Not with Peoples Bank Mortgage ! Dave Otting worked with me from start to finish. I never felt pressure from Dave, even when I was the one wondering if it was possible. Dave walked me through each option I had, making sure I was comfortable with the option that best suited my situation. And when processing the loan Aubrey Dowden stayed in contact with me. Walking me through the next steps on information she needed, even on what to expect during closing. Even to this day if something was delayed, Audrey constantly followed up and kept me up to date.
