Michael, the manager, is a rockstar. Always willing to help and answer questions. Never feel upsold. He's the reason I keep coming back. As far as service, I just got the best tune up I've ever had. They even managed to get out a few scratches I thought were there to stay.

Mike, the store manager is very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate his sincere approach to listening to me and offering recommendations on bicycles, accessories and riding tips. He also points out features between different bicycles so I can make informed decisions. I believe Trek makes excellent bicycles and I prefer to frequent one store so I can establish a relationship with the staff.
