Celeste is the BEST massage therapist I have ever been to. I've been going to milk and honey for over two years now, and every time I book I try to get an appointment with her. Celeste is excellent at massage both in terms of her physical technique and in how comfortable and at ease she is able to make me feel. Being on a table in the dark and having someone touching you, even when you're familiar with them, is a vulnerable position to be in. Celeste is never rushed or hurried with her movements, she's very intentional and aware, so I rarely ever feel tickled or startled when she moves from one area to another, which I really appreciate. She also remembers preferences. I have never had a massage therapist offer a breast cushion before, and she always remembers to ask. I feel very cared for and safe when I come in for my massage, which allows me to fully relax. I could go on and on. TLDR: Celeste is AMAZING and I'm so grateful I found her!

Ashleigh also expanded my understanding of massage by introducing me to a different Eastern-style technique that may be a better fit for my long-term needs. She explained her love for this particular method not only because of the scientific benefits, but also because it allowed her to show up in the most authentic way—as a healer with what she jokingly (but lovingly) called “gentle” hands. I told her they were more like “patty cake hands”—gentle but powerful in the way they heal. I’ve been to milk + honey many times and even brought family here before, but Ashleigh M. has now set the bar to new heights for what a truly holistic massage experience can be. To the management at milk + honey: I hope you know what a rare gem you have in Ashleigh. I also hope you explore supporting her passion for additional Eastern modalities—because her ability to connect, listen, and heal is something very special.

I really like the whole experience for the facial itself. I liked the products my esthetician recommended and the advice she gave. I felt very comfortable as she explained all the steps to me. I like the lounge area with self serve drinks- it felt inviting and not awkward.
