Mike the owner was very friendly and professional. He made a recommendation, beside the tune-up I had come in for and it was one that had been on my mind anyway.
The work they did was excellent! My bike rides and feels better then when it was new. The technician was fantastic.
Work was done on time and pricing was reasonable. Have already told several local friends

I brought my 30 year old bike in to be serviced. Jackson and all of the crew were very informative, upfront and nice. They gave me an invoice on the spot and I waited 3 days for the work to be completed. There was quite a bit to do. I got emails and text messages when my bike was ready to be picked up. My bike looked awesome, all cleaned up and running like new. I am very pleased with the whole experience. I would highly recommend Long Beach Bicycles!!

Great experience I'm 78 years old and have been riding daily for 50 years. I had a tune-up done on my old bike a few months ago and these folks were wonderful. I bought a new b ike from them yesterday and they were so professional and helpful in getting the right bike for me These guys are legit!!!!

I have been biking a lot this past year, preparing for the triathlon etc., and was totally expecting to be 'sold' on replacing the gear switch at the yearly tune-up. I was surprised to hear that all I needed was a regular tuneup. I was very impressed - with the honesty and obviously very thorough tune up job done the previous year. This time as well - my bike came back squeaky clean, shiny, oiled, and feeling like new. Very pleased with professional, fast, courteous service.
