The service is top notch, I rode an off brand bike for the past 5+ years. And every time I brought it in for any issue, everyone made it their priority to get me back on the road. We were shopping for an e-bike rack that would be compatible with our RV trailer for warranty purposes. The recommendation for the Kuat NV 2 rack was impressive in the features with integrated cable locks and locking hitch pin. The purchase was made on the weekend when we were preparing for a road trip to Steamboat Lake on Tuesday AM. The support received from the store owner, Chris, was impressive when the accessories were not provided for the display model. Grateful that we were able to connect on Monday when the store was not open to resolve the use of the rack for this camping trip.
