This store has top notch bike service techs and also is one of the friendliest customer relations and service businesses in Boulder county. When the time comes for a bike replacement, I will definitely shop here. They also have a pretty great selection of anything for your biking experiences including helmets, locks, shoes and clothing. I am confident that I can fully trust their service department to tune my bike and keep it running like new. What a great shop so close to home!

We came in during a bike ride because my husband 's seat loosened. The sales employee was very helpful tightening the screw and having us check it out on a bike ride in case the post needed replacement.. There was no stress as we were looking at a new bike seats but after the bike ride, we came back and bought the seat. His low key attitude and knowledge made it a pleasant experience . 😊

The owners, Chris & Kristie, are great people and so knowledgeable about all their products (as are their employees). Kristie really took her time with us while we decided which e-bikes to purchase. They also have a great selection of bike/cycling products. But the best part might be greeted by Hazel, their silver lab. Love this bike shop and HIGHLY recommend!!

Besides my much-loved Trek Domane that I bought from LBC, I am always so grateful for the excellent service and guidance received from the cycle-centric staff there. Yesterday I visited the new store for the first time (it’s lovely) and, as usual, left with a few high quality products and some good advice/support for my list of random bike questions. Thanks to Calen for taking the time to thoughtfully and kindly help me ride with more confidence (and joy).
