Set up an appointment right away. And I’ve been there before and I’ll probably be there again so to get my problem resolved. However, a friend came over that knew all about them and it worked on them before fixed it for me for about an hour and a half. I just stood there and watched. And the day after that is when I called and left a message that the issue was resolved and for now and everything is working fine. I assume you have received the message so I didn’t go any further with it. AC
