We were shopping for an e-bike rack that would be compatible with our RV trailer for warranty purposes. The recommendation for the Kuat NV 2 rack was impressive in the features with integrated cable locks and locking hitch pin. The purchase was made on the weekend when we were preparing for a road trip to Steamboat Lake on Tuesday AM. The support received from the store owner, Chris, was impressive when the accessories were not provided for the display model. Grateful that we were able to connect on Monday when the store was not open to resolve the use of the rack for this camping trip.

My son (8) and I came in looking for a new bike for him. I had him jumping on a 20” Trek that I thought was the correct size. Casey the salesman came over and measured my son, had him get on the 20” and recommended we go up to the 24”. Unfortunately it was not something they had in stock but Casey rushed one in for my son as he was excited to get on a new bike for start of summer. Couple days later my boy was riding his new beautiful bike that he loves! Thanks Casey and entire Longmont Bicycle Co for getting it in and assembled so quickly! Carlo Gallegos
