The staff working at Elwell are all great! Highly recommend them. The kids respect them and have a great time. The overhead administration (not anyone who is in the schools) isn't very organized. The registration issues, documentation requirements, and confusing fee structures were annoying and time consuming.

Take the bubble off the pool during the winter. And add a hot tub :) you will get a lot more people to sign up for memberships

I appreciate the variety of classes and quality of the instructors. The facility always feels clean and open, unlike other facilities that can feel dark and dingy. The equipment is generally in good working order, but the spin bikes could use a bit more attention. The people who use the Y feel like a positive community. Thanks, Wm
