Everything. Classes designed for older people like silver sneakers and chair stretching. The new treadmills. Letting the Stitches group meet there. I have made multiple good friends in the group!! The cover on the pool so we can do water exercises year round. The staff in all areas. Desk, trainers ad maintenance. And they let me work in the garden beds.

WE LOVE THE POOL In the summer! I am loving Functional Strength and Body Pump Heavy and hope you will add more of these classes with heavier weights and less reps. I also love the mellow friendly vibe at the Y. Im really happy with the Y. Thank you!

Friendly, competent and efficient staff. I had a problem not being able to get Silver Sneakers with my current secondary insurance provider (even though I’m 75 and have had Medicare for more than 10 years). We worked out a plan that satisfied me. I love pickle ball and have enjoyed the social connections at the Y.

I am greeted by name when I enter the building. The staff in the weight room also greet me by name and answer my questions of how to do a particular exercise or use one of the machines. There is a comradery among the members in the weight room. It feels peaceful in the weight room and members greeting other members. If someone is using the weight room in an aggressive way or dropping weights on the floor as they finish a motion, the staff is there to quiet them. I have built some "Hi, how are you" or "Long time no see" types of friendships in the weight room. It is nice to be missed. Someone has noticed my absence.

I like the variety and amount of the equipment in the workout area. They are all good strengthening and mobility exercises for all parts of the body. There are times in the late afternoon when it can be a bit crowded but waiting for a particular piece of equipment doesn’t take long and there are so many choices to move on to.

I’ve been a member for over 20 years and I love the equipment, the classes, the friendly staff, etc. I am now an instructor there and am so grateful for the opportunity to teach Zumba!! As soon as I walk in the front doors of the Y I feel at peace! Thank you!
