Everything!!!
Lorenzo was more, much more than I ever expected and believe me, I've had 7 before I retired from the Public Health Service (7 assignments) selling each home upon having to relocate to another assignment. The Realtor in Hawaii was very, very professional, thoughtful and kept me informed of every process on the sale of that home in Hilo. However. My primary bank is USAA, and this is the second home I've gone through to purchase a home. Well, this process was a real DOOZY!! After talking to the very first person concerning this loan---Then Lorenzo gets involved as My Realtor. WOW!! what a process! forget about me, Lorenzo was in for a challenge because he started with one person by the time the entire process was complete, I believe he had to communicate with at least 7 people at USAA Mortgage Loan Dept. I can say this. I really felt bad because I thought that my Loan Process was just taking too much of his time. I said to him: " Lorenzo!! I've Got to Be Your Only Client!! Those 7 little words should say it all. Throughout the entire process, Lorenzo was fantastic! I mean he dealt with a very difficult process but Lorenzo who never dealt with USAA was surprised and even astonished by USAA difficult process. He was the constant Professional and even found humor in many of his challenges with USAA. Personally, I would recommend Lorenzo to anyone and If I ever purchase another home, I would request and even wait until he was available to be my realtor. Even if he retired, I'd try to bring him out of retirement to be my realtor. I can say this: "he's got to be one of your most Valuable Assets to your company!" I'll say this again: "I actually thought I was his Only Client!" That should say it all about how Lorenzo manage me and USAA Mortage Dept. being Professional, Patient, Tenacious and even more educated about the entire process than all of these Mortgage Bank Officer's. He even had to educated a few of them on how this entire process should proceed. At one point we both thought that I should just consult my bank (Chase) on getting the Loan and terminate this process with USAA because it became ridiculous, literally Ridiculous. However, Lorenzo reminded me of Mohammad Ali! Weaving, Bobbing, kept Swinging until the final count and he finally Knocked everything out just for Me! He was fantastic, just fantastic dealing with everyone while being the Ultimate Professional. Oh yes, I'm in NV buying the home in MI and my son ([FIRST NAME REMOVED] Jr.) was our intermediary in this process. He too thought Lorenzo was an excellent choice for being my realtor. I informed him that I did not pick Lorenzo to be my realtor, but I was very, very happy he was.

He is an experienced professional working with a very difficult client, my daughter. She was looking for a house that is scarce, to say the least. She wants an older house with "character" but without all of the issues that typically accompany such a house. The purchase was such a house but of course does have some issues but fewer than might be expected for such an old house. He responded quickly to all of my daughter's and my requests. He was honest throughout the entire process and more than earned his commission.
