Lori really went above and beyond to facilitate an easy closing. Lori was pleasant, knowledgeable and experienced to a very high level. Her advice regarding each decision we needed to make was spot-on. She never flustered, but jst carried on in a businesslike fashion. When we asked for an open-house, we got it. Lori went out of her way to make a several pages pamphlet for the open-house. And she served unusual but delicious appetizers. There were some tough moments in some of the negotiations, Lori never upset the other side, but always stated our case clearly to the other side in a firm but pleasant manner. All in all, we were lucky to have chosen Lori. The sale of our home went well and in our favor thanks to a cool head with a great amount of experience. [NAME REMOVED]

Lori is low key, easy to like, and honest. She is a good listener. But she will let you know if your reasoning is leading you astray. Lori puts out more sincere effort than most realtors. She makes herself available at all times for communications via text, phone and e-mail. Yet she doesn't push herself into conversations unnecessarily when there is nothing to be accomplished. I have no doubt that Lori is on our side at all times.
