The price is very competitive when I use the membership benefit with my United Visa card. I have had my car washed and detailed a few times and the team did a good job. Last week when I returned from a trip, the new battery I had recently installed in my car failed. (The battery turned out to be faulty so the dealership installed a new one today). When my car wouldn't start in the valet garage, the Parking Spot team was kind and helped me to direct the Auto Club technician into the garage so that AAA could jump start the car.

The shuttles are clean and reliable and the staff have always been helpful and kind. We left a backpack behind on a shuttle once and the staff had found it and kept it safe. They were flexible on when we were able to come back to retrieve it and the customer service over the phone around arranging these logistics was supportive and at times even humorous. We only park here!

We were first time users at The Parking Spot Century location.The ease of entry, parking, catching the shuttle to the airport and back to our car along with the check out went pretty smoothly. We took advantage of the pre paid discount so we didn’t have to worry about paying upon exiting the structure. We also enjoyed the complementary bottled water that we took advantage of both going to the airport and upon leaving. The shuttle drivers were both pleasant, friendly and really helpful loading and unloading our luggage. Overall we had a very nice experience and will look at using The Parking Spot again for our next trip out of LAX.

I've tried other airport parking platforms for cheaper prices, but their reviews are not great and their shuttle service are infrequent and hard to spot. Even though Parking Spot is more expensive, I liked that the parking lot seemed better managed and was dedicated for usage to Parking Spot specifically (felt more trustworthy), the QR code to enter and leave the lot actually works, the shuttle service to-from the airport is pretty frequent. I'll probably continue to use Parking Spot from now on.
