I would normally give a 10 rating, however my last experience was not good. I pulled up and no one came out to greet us or check us in for over 5 minutes. I had to unload the car and wait for someone to acknowledge us and take the keys. In the office, the staff was curt and short. The driver also did not help us load the luggage. Only upon drop off did the driver assist. He also dropped us off a terminal early. I even said it was not the right terminal and he just said "yes it is". Upon return from our trip, the driver was better.

I love how convenient the valet parking is, especially when I need to catch my flight in the early morning hours. The shuttle wait time is very reasonable too.
