The check in and check out were very smooth using the app and it's qr code. The shuttle service was good. The only issue I had was finding signage to direct me to the roof parking. It took me a while of driving around to finally find my way up to the roof.

The convenience! I park at the Century location and I'm on a shuttle and at my terminal (American) in minutes. I park at this location 10+ times a year and the service is extremely consistent. I also appreciate that I don't have to wait long for the return shuttle when I get back to LAX. It's so convenient and easy that I keep coming back! It's a plus that the staff is friendly and helpful too.

Close to LAX with covered parking. Shuttle to Terminals. QR Code check in and Exit. Bathroom. Drop Off and Pick Up at Bradley International Terminal, but no pick up at the arrival areas, but can take elevator up one floor and wave down a passing Parking Spot Shuttle.
