Sent my fork in for a 200 hour service and Pancho was very honest and let me know of some issues that did not make the service worth the money. He told me that I would be better off getting a new fork and offered me a couple of options.

Excellent service, the bicycle was done when they said it would be done. It was apparent to both my wife and I that they cared about how the bike came out, it was a major service on my wife’s road bike, she puts a lot of miles on that and we needed it to be basically brand new again.

I began shopping around to replace my 20-year-old bike and began my journey with a few different bike stores. Before you know it, my husband and grandson are suggesting I just look into an E bike. I knew I liked the Townie bike so I decided to give the Los Gatos location, a try and I found the perfect E bike (and I’m really enjoying it very much) but I don’t think any of that would have happened for me if it wasn’t for a really great guy by the name of Darcy! He was thoughtful,knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was friendly. He was able to get an idea of what I wanted - my husband and I felt comfortable - and he went out of his way to see if he could find one that wouldn’t take as long to get to the store. He found one he thought I might like put it together and gave me a call and it was perfect. Took it home that day! Thank you, Darcy you are awesome!

Kind and quick service on my kid's bike!!

I'm 73 and my rental was my first ride on an ebike. Darcy took the time to help me feel comfortable and provide a helmet and basket. I took the hills of Los Gatos easily and had a great time.

Ryan is great. He ordered parts for me, advised when they had arrived and made an appointment for installation. He was ready for me when I arrived and installed the parts quickly. He was very courteous, professional and friendly. Store is very nicely set up and parking was easy

I worked with Darcy on ordering my Trek Verve bike. He was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful on the phone and in person. He even stayed late to assemble the bike so I could have it for the weekend. Also, Ariel was great when I had to go back and have them mount the bracket for the lock.
